The organizing, participation and judging shall follow in accordance with the BOTY basic rules for elimination and finals.
1.       For each event i.e. the qualifiers and the main event, there shall be:

a.       The Show round -     (participating crews will showcase their pre-
rehearsed routines and choreography performances to their own music mix)

 b.      The Battle round -    (Crew vs. Crew. Participating crews will
perform their routines on any music mix
provided by the event’s DJ)

2.       After the show round there will be two semi final battles (place 2 vs. 3 and place 1 vs. 4 of the show round ranking). After that, there will be one final battle between the two winners of the semi finals.
3.       Crew ranking number 1 after the show round automatically wins the price for the best showcase.
4.       The maximum length of the show round is 6 minutes, which will be strictly adhered. Maximum length for semifinals battle & final battle are 10 & 15 minutes respectively.
6.       Crews must have maximum number of six crewmembers.
7.       Only real crews are allowed to participate in the competition. Real crews mean crews that dance, practice and perform together, beside the BOTY.
8.       All participants will cater for their welfare during the qualifiers. Organizers will only cater for Transportation, Accommodation, and Feeding for selected crews for the main event/finals.
9.       Involved members of the local BOTY organizations are not allowed to participate in the competition as dancers.
